We will match the advertised price of any authorized retailer on aftermarket parts, accessories and apparel for any brand we carry. If you can show us a lower price including shipping and handling fees on a product available for purchase on an authorized online retailer we will match that price. However, the product must be new, undamaged, sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging. The product must not be a closeout item, verbal quote, coupon, or violate manufacturer’s Minimum Authorized Price (MAP) policy. We do not price match from auction sites (including eBay) or unverifiable sources.
Our return policy is simple. We accept all returns that meet the following conditions with no restocking fee.
-Return requests must be made within 365 days of invoice date.
-Products must be in original, un-installed, un-opened manufacturers’ skin-pack packaging and in brand new condition just as you received it to be eligible for return.
-Discontinued, Closeout, and Closeout Ebay items are not eligible for returns.
-Helmets ordered with headsets installed may not be returned for refund or exchange.
-Eligible items must be submitted using our Online Return Request Form to receive a return authorization number by email.

If you are to re-order a product you are returning, re-order online as normal separate from the return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs.
Refunds are issued back to your credit card after inspecting your returned product, and determining their condition meets the above criteria.
We will replace any defective merchandise at no cost to you when we receive yours back and verify it is defective.
Unfortunately orders cannot be combined nor can items be added to an existing order. Our system deals with each individual order as a separate transaction. We cannot add products to an existing order because we do not store credit card data online for security purposes.
In the event of an item that is shown on the invoice but not in the shipping box, that shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving that shipment to qualify for investigation.
Items on back order status from the manufacturer will remain on order and will not be charged until the day they actually are received and shipped. If the back order extends to over 60 days, that order will be cancelled unless we are instructed otherwise by sending us an email or calling our call center and speaking with an associate.
We do our best to keep all pricing and product information accurate. All prices are subject to change and we are not responsible for any typographical error that may occur.
Both Wingstuff.com and Cyclegiant.com accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Sorry no C.O.D.’s or personal checks.
We currently charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses in order to remain in compliance with California state law. International (non US) orders, any applicable regional and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Our review policy is simple – we ask that you write only about the product being reviewed and that you keep it clean. This is not the appropriate place for questions, conversations, mentioning another product/website, etc. We reserves the right to remove any review at anytime.
