For the price the suit it the best you can get. If I hadn't got this I wouldn't be riding right now.

Product looked good in the box. went thru the entire installation fine, went to install right wing to bracket and the screw would not thread because the bracket had not been tapped to recieve the screw. Needless to say i was anoyed. of course it was a weekend so i have to wait till Monday to get customer service. Let you no how that goes. This review is not ment to bash the product because it appears to be well made. Just the lack of QC. Will let you know about my customer service experience.

This is an excellent product; that works as advertized. It's an easy install (Just like the CB)for anyone that has mechanical ability. I also chose not to install it at the recommended location, since it makes it more difficult to change the SD cards - If you get tired of listening to 891 songs.

My only complaint, is that female voice. I reminds me of a Chinese restaurant - You want fried lice wit that? Real heavy accent, that is very hard to understand at 70 MPH. Nothing against Chinese women or their food.

I also noticed that the instructions do not tell you HOW to MAKE a call - just how to answer one. It would be a nice feature (Keeps the wife occupied, while I try to concentrate on the road)- they would also have to include a volume control for the front headset.

Sound quality is excellent - Much better than connecting a MP3 player to the AUX on the radio. And the BEST part - Only 1/3 the price of Honda's CD player.

Got this shirt for Christmas, am extremely pleased with the size and quality of this shirt. Would definitely recommend this shirt to anyone. Thinking of buying one for my wife since the womens shirts are poorly rated.

went to the Elites after reading up on them. Really were a disappointment. Didn't wear as well and noisey as hell- Going back to the OEM BridgeStones.

Great product, delivered very quickly..thank you Wingstuff. I have a 2002 1800 Trike and the wiring is different on it than regular 2 wheel. I wired it into the harness but have trunk & back lights flashing simultaneously. I would have had to rewire both sets of trunk lights to flash left/right. Other than that, I am happy with brightness of flashes. Hopefully many others will see the flashes as well!

Unit installs and works as it should but no where does it tell you about the led lights that flash all the time on low or med. until you buy it. The lights that flash will drive you crazy at night if anybody knows how to stop this other than cutting the wires please me know

I ordered the Westco battery for my 1800 on Feb 1st....imagine my surprise when it arrived today Feb 3rd. Wingstuff/Cycle Giant exceeds my expectations time and time again ! Thanks for the great service !

I've had mine installed now for 2 riding seasons and I really like it. I notice a lot of negative reviews. When I first installed mine I was using my Ipod Touch and it gave me grief. What I found was that the connection on that version of the Ipod is not very well made. I then replaced the Touch with my Ipod Classic and I haven't had a glitch since. I think a lot of the problems that people are having are due to issues with the Ipod, not the Soundgate. I'd give it a 5 star rating except for this initial problem. Installation was easy and it works every time.

My wife gave this to me for Christmas. Just now got around to installing it. The install was not bad once you get over you have to do a little bit of drilling for the wire to go through on a brand new bike. MAke sure you watch the videos on the Wingstuff website. They are better than the ones on YouTube. Have not used it on a ride yet but played it in the "Wing Shack" and sounds great. I must say that WingStuff strives to be customer friendly and they really are. I will continue to purchase trinkets for my 2010 Goldwing Trike from WingStuff!!!!!
