I was very impressed when my phone rang on Monday, of course i wasn't there to answer it but I recieved a voicemail from Rodney @ Wingstuff.com. He actually read my review of Baker Airwings and called me to help resolve the issue. Now thats customer service. I also called Baker and they are sending me what i need to complete the project. I like this so much I may not renew my XM subscription! Initially, I did have some problems, which Pete at BikeMP3 was very helpful. I have an iPod Touch 64, I'll share what I found. At first I had 14 playlists, this seemed to confuse the audio system on the bike. As a result, the iPod didn't always start where it was when I shut off the bike. By reducing the number of playlists to 9 (CD 1 is actually the Genius playlist that iTunes creates). Also, I had to create a playlist with all the music on my iPod. And finally, I found that when I shut the bike off, if I select another input on the audio panel, the iPod will begin playing where it left off.

Iv'e had them on for a little over a week and have had several compliments. I have a black 2010 and they look great!

You should not have to treat a brand new filter, they are supposed to come pretreated from the facory. Should appear redish in color. You don't want to over oil the filter.

What can I say other than these dress up your ride and adds style. Good quality. Remember to order two. I thought they came as a set and had to purchase another. Unless you have other items to buy, the shipping cost for one is nearly as much as the VIP price.

I added these lights to the windshield garnish eyebrow slots. They look really good and are also bright. I only wish that the connectors were plug in play. Add On supplies a quick wire tap connector that splices in to the turn signal lighting. It isn't the best connector on the market and after i tested the light and put everything together, It stopped working. I discovered that the connector was bad. Overall, good product. 4 stars for the absence of plug n play.

I was told that these did not fit the 2012 model. Not sure what the difference is but I addded them to my 2012 and they work just fine. Still in place after a month and significantly reduced the wind coming through the fork channel. Love them!

For the price the suit it the best you can get. If I hadn't got this I wouldn't be riding right now.

Product looked good in the box. went thru the entire installation fine, went to install right wing to bracket and the screw would not thread because the bracket had not been tapped to recieve the screw. Needless to say i was anoyed. of course it was a weekend so i have to wait till Monday to get customer service. Let you no how that goes. This review is not ment to bash the product because it appears to be well made. Just the lack of QC. Will let you know about my customer service experience.

This is an excellent product; that works as advertized. It's an easy install (Just like the CB)for anyone that has mechanical ability. I also chose not to install it at the recommended location, since it makes it more difficult to change the SD cards - If you get tired of listening to 891 songs.

My only complaint, is that female voice. I reminds me of a Chinese restaurant - You want fried lice wit that? Real heavy accent, that is very hard to understand at 70 MPH. Nothing against Chinese women or their food.

I also noticed that the instructions do not tell you HOW to MAKE a call - just how to answer one. It would be a nice feature (Keeps the wife occupied, while I try to concentrate on the road)- they would also have to include a volume control for the front headset.

Sound quality is excellent - Much better than connecting a MP3 player to the AUX on the radio. And the BEST part - Only 1/3 the price of Honda's CD player.
