Excellent Soft Ride

I've run the Metz ME880 on our GL1500 and VTX1300 for the past 4+years. Very happy with these tires. Gives a softer ride and corners well. Longevity not as good as the Elite 3, but a much nicer ride IMO. Tires run about 12-15k but I always replace them before they really need to be changed.

I purchased these tires for my 1995 Gold Wing Se and at present day, have 4,286 miles on them. I wanted to get a high milage tire with less noise that the Dunlops. That's not the case. I have more noise on these tires at 4,286 miles than 10,000 on the Dunlops. Not satisfied.

I have run three dunlop elite series.Installed a metzeler and
Wire came out on the bead during installation.Went back to the old
trusty Dunlop Elite 3.
I have got to say Wingstuff staff
are far above any others when it comes to service. Thanks guys for
getting a tire in 2 days and all
the good service no matter when
parts are ordered.

We currently switched the original Dunlop tires to these Metzelers on our 05 Goldwing. They seem to have a little softer ride and neutral cornering. We are waiting to see if they wear as long as the original Dunlops. We had 16,000 miles on the factory tires with the back being badly cupped. Had Metzelers on our old Goldwing and loved them. Anxious to see if these hold up as well or better.
