Excellent bag for the money

This is a well made bag with loads of room and very easy access. The rain cover works well but since it doesn't cover the bottom I used several coats of waterproofing spray on the bottom before use. Had no problem with it saying put. Excellent value, IMHO.

ripped

The bag looks well made and very useful. Have had it for a year before I actually used it, and one of the straps ripped out the first day on the bike. It did stay put with the three remaining straps. I will be contacting wingstuff to see if they will exchange it.

Exactly what it appears to be, but I decided not to use it.

This bag is well constructed and can pack a lot of stuff, but after loading it up, I was concerned about the excess weight on my trunk. I packed it full and took it on a trial/maiden voyage to see how it would perform. After a few hours of riding, I noticed a few scuffs on the clear coat where the edge of the bag and/or the straps had rubbed. There may be a way to prevent the rubbing and scuffing, but I would still be concerned about the weight issue. I decided not to use this bag on the trunk rack and may use it on the rear seat instead, or I will only use it for very light packing.

I still like this bag

I wrote a review a couple of years ago, and the only thing I didn't like was that the forward attachments were awkward buckle and strap. I since started using those velcro type electronic cables velcro straps. Thread the velcro strap thru the buckle and leave it there. It is wide at one end so you wont lose it. When attaching the bag to the rack simply wrap the newly added velcro strap around the rack instead of fumbling with the buckle. I am currently in the Michigan upper peninsula and was caught in a harsh rain storm, thus reminding me of how much I like this bag.

AWESOME Product

This has got to be one of the best value for money purchases available on Wingstuff.

Bought one for my wife and it took everything she needed for a few nights away and still left me 2 saddlebags and a top box to pack other stuff (including a coffee machine).

It's solid, durable and withstood the rain.

Highly recommended and compliments a chrome Kuryakyn rack..
