Update on my previous review on the 'Sound of Chrome' speakers:
- Tech Services was not able to help, although I do give them credit for returning my call quickly!
- So, I worked through the Cyclegiant return process and just received my processing steps e-mail from them. The bad speakers went back today.

I do want to say that Cyclegiant/Cruiserstuff did make an extreme effort to get my replacement speakers to me before we rode to Biketoberfest in Daytona last weekend...and they made it!! I was happily riding down the road with my iPod plugged in and a big smile on my face!

Many, many thanks to the folks in the order processing and shipping departments! These speakers make a HUGE difference.

Ordered a set of these for my 2010 Honda Custom VT1300 Interstate. Shipping was astoundingly fast and installation was far easier than I expected. The only problem arose when I turned it on...only one speaker was operating. All the connections were seated fully and there was power to both sides.

I'm hoping that the call I placed to Technical Services will help with this, if not I guess I get to take it all back off and call Customer Service.

The quality of the appearance of these units is top-notch! I'm really looking forward to getting to use them soon.

Installed a set on my wife's Shadow. They look great, and have good sound quality & volume for the open road. Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is they generate a lot of EMF noise. I just bought & installed a JM CB radio on her bike for when we ride with the club. Unfortunately if you turn on the Speakers it causes too much interference with the CB Squelce. I tried many things but cannot get the two units to operate at the same time. If you just want a Stereo they are 5 stars, if you want a CB too, look for another choice.
