Easily installed to keep loose items from getting lost in the trunk. An inexpensive add on.

A item worth buying, keeps my gloves handy, IF I remember to put them back in the net.

Cheap and easy install. I installed mine on the front, inside of the trunk. I have the 2012 so the Nav system box is there as well. Because of this, the net doesn't hold much. I keep my Owners Manual in a plastic Zip-lock and secured behind the net. Keeps it from sliding around in the trunk. I considered installing it on the back of the trunk (like in photo above). Since the back of the trunk is more shallow, I think it would probably hold less.

I have to rate it 4 stars because it's a loose fit. As a result, you either have to knot the elastic or find a better way to clamp the piece in. Mine keeps coming off.

I'm probably going to switch to those cable clamp things that wrap around the wire and screws in.

On my 2012 Gold Wing, the navigation processor is behind the passenger seat, so installing it there will result in being able to hold fewer things because it's stretched around it.

It's easy enough to install. Provided are 4 plastic tabs with holes on both sides. Screw one side of the plastic tab in, then place the 'S' hook through the other hole.

It's not made specifically for the GL1800. They claim it fits other models, so that would explain the universal size...but for $8, it's not bad.

Of all the stuff I've put on the bike, this little net is the most useful. Glasses, Sansdisk, Cell, etc fit snug and don't roll around. Great simple product.
