Super fast shipping and customer support from Sport bike giant. Great bag, I purchased the saddle bags also. Top double zipper had a very minor issue with one pull not wanting to close the zipper. I only need the one pull. SBG respond quickly to my concerns and offered to replace the defect part. I chose to keep them, too much of a hassle for such a minor issue. SBG was more than helpful to my concerns. I made a three night trip for a conference and had plenty of room. The tail bag completes the assemble and attaches nicely. It expands to make more room. I did not need the extra room. System rides and looks nice. Bags held secure to MY ZX1400, took the cowling off the seat. Setup pops on and off with 4 quick release buckles. Did not use the rain covers. Being an OLD Northwest backpacker, I wrapped my gear in trash bags before putting in the bag. Clothes stayed 100% dry. With that said, the inside of the saddle bags had no water. I would recommend these to a friend.
