I got it engraved with our names on the bottom edge at a store in the local mall. It looks nice. The adhesive issue will be resolved with some velcro. That way I can remove it to add a stone or color in additional states as they are visited.

I also am critical of the attachment of the stones to some of the smaller states. When I get it installed, I'll post a picture in my gallery.

Greatb addition to my bike, to say the least it is a conversation starter. But it's hard to but the stones on the map with out gettion glue on it.

The map and detail of the engraving are fine. You will need to super glue the stones on and a good pair of tweezers will be a big help. Given all that it still looks great but the real problem is getting to to stick to your bike. You can clean a spot with the alcohol pad and do the prep work but it wont matter. The adhesive on the double back tape they use is worthless. So its best to find your own solution to get this little jewel secured.

There is fine detail in the map engraving. However, I must agree with the previous review; I thought the stones would be shaped like the states. The stones are extremely small; nonetheless, they are still too large for some smaller states. I was also under the impression the "stick on" stones would be self stick, which they are not. Be prepared with some super glue and a pair of tweezers. I am thinking about buying some colored sharpies and trying to color in the states rather than using the stones.

I was very disappointed in this product. Stupid me thought the stones would be shaped like the states but they're all round.They're also too large for the smaller states. I probably will not even mount this.
