If you have an oval shaped head, this helmet will kill your forehead. I rode with it several times for about 45-min and decided to keep it. I loved every feature of it, and sent it off to J&M to install the headsets. I don't know if Wing Stuff has starting installing again, but when I bought it (2010)they stopped installing headsets because of the complexity and time it consumed. So, off the J&M paying shipping both ways, the install fee, and the headsets. That's how much I loved the helmet!
AFTER RIDING FOR AN HOUR MY FOREHEAD WAS KILLING ME! AND IT HAS NOT "BROKEN IN". I even bought the insert to make the helmet a larger size (L to XL) and that did nothing. The shell is the same on both sizes I learned. SO

Nice lid the best of both worlds open face and full face. Rain protection and open for sunny days

purchased this helmet and had the J&M Elite series headsets installed. The helmet does take some breaking in period, it was a little tight on the front top of the forehead. After one ride (900 miles) it is the most comfortable helmet I own. The ability to open the full face up for hotter weather then close it in cool is awesome. Awesome install on the J&M! Don't debate it any longer, you won't regret this purchase!

Purchased this helmet for my wife and had the J&M intercom installed by Wingstuff. Very pleased with the quality of the helmet and the electronics. This is a trade up from the HJC modular which is a good helmet, but this one offers additional features which all live up to their billing. My wife loves the larger field of vision provdided with this helmet and the fit and finish are first rate.

We purchased this helmet to replace our Nolan N102's. These helmet are very quite Cameron installed the J&M headsets and you can't even see the speakers the mic is no longer in your mouth the sound is great no wind noise just music I had to turn down the music 6 notches or risk going deaf the. The sizing of the helmets are about like the Nolan N103 I ordered a medium and a small the medium did not fit me my N102 was a medium the Shark is now a large so if you are replacing a N102 go up 1 size great Helmets Thanks Cameron
