Very Disappointed

I'm about to order my Fourth cord in 2 Years due to bad wires, and I'm stuck with the freaking helment.
Could have ordered more, just choose to put up with the broken one until I can't take no more..........

When you speak to a Rep at a Ralley thay don't gave a D---!
They just keep on taking your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
They need to recall this PRODUCT

Considering the J&M stuff, this is not a good product but you are stuck with it if you buy their helmet sets. I thought I was buying the best but after 4 cords, I think they are junk.

Well, I just ordered another upper cord. I am terribly disappointed in J&M products. These cords are always going bad. I'll be looking to update my entire system, with another Company's product, when I order my next helmet.

meant to give 1 star not 5. been using J&M for 15 years. Just seems like every year the quality gets worse.

ordering another set of 2, order about 2 every year. If anyone knows of another company making these please advise. You would think J&M would improve quality control.
