We bought a pair of these helmets a little over a year ago. I have close to 20,000 miles of riding with it on. I really like this helemet. It is way lighter than the Shoie's we were using. So much so I couldn't believe it was DOT approved. Having said that, it is noisier than the Shoie. That doesn't mean it's noisy, it's just that you can hear more with this helmet. That's not always a bad thing. My only complaints would be, 1st, in my opinion the sizing is off. I had to go up one helmet size (XXL) compaired to my last 2 helmets. (I got a big head and this works against me)
2nd I can't put the helmet on with the chin gaurd already in place. I have to put the chin guard on after the helmet is on my head.(again, big head) 3rd When you flip the full face shield up, it acts like a parachute. There needs to be a partial open indent stop. Otherwise it's either all the way down or all the way open catching the air coming off the windshield. We primarly use these helmets as open face and we sprung for Nolan's built-in microphone and speakers. We are very pleased overall with these helmets and Nolan's cord is way lighter and doesn't rub the paint on the bike like J&M's do. If not for the Full face shield issues, I would have given it 5 stars.

I have been using this helmet for about 2 months now. It is an incredible piece for the price. Got the 584 J & M installed in it and it works great. I make and receive phone calls on it and people can not tell I am riding down the road on my bike. I use it as an open face helmet without the face mask too. This is the best helmet I have ever had. If it ever wears out you bet I will have another one.

Bought one a month ago for myself. My 6 year old HJC was worn out. I had read others comments on various sites and some stated it was too heavy, or noisy.......... others raved the helmet and gave it a big thumbs up.
I got mine and took it on a 4 hour ride. I rode it as an open face by removing the chin bar. I ordered a large and the fit was perfect. Construction is of the finest quality and the detail of workmanship superb. The Ncom from J@M is excellent too and love the integrated look. After four hrs. of riding, the helmet did NOT seem heavy to me nor noisy. Visor works a little stiffly but that is minor and I feel will free up more with a little use. Still easy to deploy so not really an issue, just an observation. I highly recommend this helmet if you are looking for quality. Pricey, yes...... but you get what you pay for and this helmet is worth every penny.
As usual, Wingstuff was flawless in getting my stuff to me. Being a VIP member DEFINITELY has paid off for me. If you order or plan on ordering things for your Wing, then become a VIP. I held off for a few years and now think of the money I could have saved. I found that Wingstuff is consistently lower in prices in almost EVERYTHING I have ordered for my two Wings for over 6 years. Live and learn. But I am saving now. Thx Wingstuff and CycleGiant.
