This has a bright light, but the flash is very short and the delay between flashes is long. The biggest drawback is the battery drain. Leaving a battery in it will drain the battery, even if you never turn the device on. It's not very practical if you must carry the battery separately.

This is a good safety item. Very bright strobe. Hopefully I never need to use it! Very reasonable price and works great!!

Out of the box, it did not work. Fresh new D cell battery and nothing. It is a cheap design. The top piece did not screw back on properly and when it did, it did not stay snug. You're better off buying a high powered led flash light. Don't waste your money with this.

Great Safety Item, DO NOT look directly at this strobe light too close, it is very, very bright. Now I know why they say can be seen for miles. A must have item in case you have to pull over on the side of the road at night.

VERY ,VERY poor quality you need to get two and hope you get one out of purchase other wise good emergency device. They say they are assembled and tested in USA I sure hope that is not the case.

This is BRIGHT! Now I don't have to turn the key on to use the bike's 4-way flashers. Great product, just be careful where you store it (magnet on bottom can affect credit cards, license, cell phone, etc.)

well this item came to me, chipped where the magnet connects at the bottom, so the thing works but that was the big problem, the contact at the bottom,so now i have 2 like that, no worth the money to return exchange- so i gave it a 3- poorfor poor workmanship ??

Works very well can be seen as said care with the threads they are soft good safty peice

Ordered 2 of these for me and my wife, one for each bike. When I received them, one worked just fine but the other one the cover would not screw back on properly once I had a battery in it. I ended up having to pay more Shipping to send it back and then shortly after I received a replacement from Stop & Go. Therefor the 4 star rating. Very bright light, good for safety but be carefull with the plastic treads.

Quick delivery from Wing Stuff but the strobe did not flash. Wing Stuff gave me the phone number for Stop and Go and I contacted them. They had a new light that worked to me in just a couple of days. Seems to work well, but hopefully I will never have to use it.
