Works great but works only with 110V mains!

Works as advertised and has 3 different ways to connect to the battery.

International customers beware! This unit only works with 110V mains and cannot be switched. It will NOT work with 220V - 240V mains like Australia. This is not mentioned anywhere on the Wingstuff product page.

I had to buy a step-down transformer from 220V to 110V that cost me almost double the price of the charger.

Wingstuff, you need to make mention of this on your website to warn international customers that this unit will ONLY work with 110V mains with the US wall socket configuration (2 flat pins).

Only 2 stars because I would not have bought it had I known about the 110V.

Battery Tender JR

I purchased this from WingStuff when my original battery died. It's one of those things that you wish you did sooner. It seems to work great so far.

This is a very good economical choice for keeping you battery in shape during the down times. Mow, if you are using this during the summer months, you just need to ride more to keep you battery charged. But in the winter, it's a great tool to have. We have several for our bikes - the Goldwing has a pigtail directly wired to the battery and tucked under the side panel where I can pull it out through the opening as needed. For one of the smaller bike, we pull the battery in the winter and keep the Battery Tender hooked up to it on the workbench. Either way will work, and all the connectors you'll need are included with the charger.

I've been using a battery maintainer on my 1800 but switched to this unit after reading about it's advanced technology. I'm very impressed with the competitive price too! Thanks Rick!

This has been a very cold season so far causing ice to be on road more often than I like to see so I haven't riden as much as I like to. (Four wheels are far better than two wheels on ice any day). I was constantly having to start my bike and let it run to prevent the battery from draining, and yes it did act as if the battery was weak due to the extreme cold weather. Since I have connected this battery tender I go out once a week to start my bike and it fires right up with no problem. This product performs as promised. Wish I would have gotten one when I bought the bike.
