The hardest part for me was cutting into the seat (emotionally). But otherwise the install is fairly straight forward. All in all it took me about an hour and I am no mechanic.

Afterwards I took it for an hour ride mostly on interstates and WOW. Now my bike really is a Barcalounger on wheels.

The biggest improvement for me is with the highway pegs. Now the pegs make sense. I found the greatest relief to be driving up a large hill.

I am glad that I spent the money and did this install.

Excellent quality. Much easier install than I was anticipating on my comfort navi 08 wing. Can't wait to take that next trip.

This is a staff pick, that's why I order it, Good quality of material with quality stitches, it as the same quality has the seat. Honestly, I think this is much better than the other who hands by the sides. Easy to instal it take a cold heat to pock a hole in the seat but with everything installed it does a really nice job. I would recommend this item.

I have a serious lower back problem, but with this backrest it really ease the pain a great deal. I really love this backrest. I had the Honda dealer install it. I just couldn't see myself cutting into my new seat. I purchased my bike two days before Thanksgiving. I haven't been on a long trip yet, but just riding this bike local with the backrest feels great.
