Gerbing Heated Jacket Liner w/Microwire Technology

Gerbings has become a company of no customer service at all. I ordered the gloves and jacket liner months ago. Have not received either. Whenever I call they say two weeks. That never happens. When I email they take at least two weeks to even respond. They charged my card over $500 when I first ordered the gear. Now I don't have the money or the gear.
They used to be a good company. Withering move from Washinton to South Carolina they have fallen apart. A bunch of thieves at this point is my opinion.
Wingstuff is a great company. So if they have the gear in stock you'll be fine. But if you or they have to depend on Gerbing's then you're in trouble!

I will never buy a Gerbing product again because of the way I have been treated.

I left Southern Illinois January 14 headed to Key west Florida.The temp was 24 and I stayed toasty warm with this along with my other riding gear.
People at the rest area on the Ky/Tn line told me it was way too cold to be on a motorcycle.

Great jacket! I don't like that cold and this help keep the cold off me. If your like me you can't go wrong with this gear. I can't speak about the sizing I tried the jacket, pants and gloves on at the NYC International Motorcycle Show. So I knew what size to order. The one thing I wanted to tell everybody DO NOT ORDER THE HEATED CLOTHING BATTERY HARNESS SEPARATE! EVERY PANTS, JACKET, COMES WITH THIS CONNECTOR. SAVE YOUR SELF SOME MONEY AND THE PRICE OF RETURNING IT..

Only getting 4 stars because of sizing issues otherwise a seemingly quality product. Just got it installed but haven't yet had the ability to try it. Originally ordered a S w/ long sleeve length. Small because my chest size is a 39" even though I wear a medium in everyting else. Well, I could barely get it on - it was too short and too small around. Checked the chart again and I didn't mis-order, so extrapolated the actual size i received to my normal sizing and ordered a M w/long sleeve length - fits just great! 6'-0" 150# and a normal 33" dress shirt sleeve. So consider this and other posts and hopefully you will get the one you need first try.

Gerbing rules the cold road! I've had their liner for 20+ years with no problems. Recently sent it back to update the connectors for a pair of G3 gloves. Just got back (01/06-11/2012) from running twisties in northern California. Temps were often in the upper 20's in the mtns. Could not have done this w/o the liner and gloves. 1100 miles in 3 days. Cool. Really!
