I just had a front fork seal blow so had to replace the pads early but I managed to get 10,000 miles on a set of these and they are only about 30% down. The Originals were near metal at 15,000 miles. Looks like these would have lasted twice as long if they hadn't been oiled so badly by the blown fork seal. I'm replacing them with another set, they have worked fine up till now with little dust and great stopping power. I do have progressive springs and a fork brace on this bike so performance changes are very noticeable. In summary, besides costing half as much as OEM they seem to last twice as long and perform great for me.

I replaced these pads on my wing, and 10,00 miles later the rear pads were almost down to the metal...the front ones still looked good...I then installed the factory honda pads and noticed that the rear pads were double the thickness of the front pads....I guess thats why honda did this as apparently the rear wears out quicker than the front...From now on ill use oem honda pads from now on

I put these brake shoes on when I bought the bike in 2007. It is now over 33,000 miles later and I just changed them again. Of course I used the same ones. The old ones were wearing down but not dangerously so. I recommend these ECB's over anything else I have ever tried.

I have these pads on my 05 goldwing, they are wearing out fast, and they are really bad in the rain. The braking power is just not there. When it is dry out they work great. Going back to the OEM's.
