had a small nail in my rear tire as there wasnt an air loss. I order this kit and waited for it to come in the mail. When the kit arrived I removed the nail and did the steps as outlined in the booklet. The plug did not seal the tire. The nail was in the middle of the tire

I have been a fan of the bullet type tyre repaire plug kit for years right up to the point of that was the only one I would ever use on my bikes. But that has all changed as back in May of this year when I had one let go on my return from the Thunderbolt Rally here in Australia. We where coming home along the F3 Freeway heading back to Sydney when the plug let go which cause my partner & myself a very bad scare as trying to bring a 400+kilo bike & just over 200kils of camping gear in my bike trailer to a stop with a flat rear tyre..So after seeing this product here in Australia when I was visiting a local Motorcyle Accessories store where another bike rider was after some Co2 cylinders for his kit he showed me how easy it works I knew right there an then this is the kit to have...

I purchased this about two years ago, and I've used it twice on bikes other than mine. Both times we were out on fairly long rides and it worked great. Don't forget to get the slime mini pump.

Had one. Used it a few times and it worked fairly well. Eventually got to where I couldn't push the plugs through the nozzle. Threw it away and now use standard tubeless plugs and Slime if I need it. Works just as well. All of these repair methods should be viewed as temporary until you can replace the injured tire anyway.

Just received this today and I am extremely pleased. Feels well made, compactable and worth its price. I already laminated the instructions just in case that first one is in the rain..Ha. A must have to get you back onto the road during that outing. I also ordered the compactable air compressor as well which is a no brainer. Thank you WingStuff!!!

Haven't used it yet and hope that I never have to. Having said this, it is a very sturdy, heavy duty tire repair tool. Will add a great deal of confidence on road trips.

I finally had cause to use this tool. Some observations:

1. You might want to bring a small board like a 1 x 4 x 12 or so along to place under the center stand if your going to work on a soft shoulder of the road.

2. Also there is one piece of equipment that doesn't come with the kit. A needlenose pliers. Highly recommend carrying a pair for pulling out small nails. I got a miniature set to carry in the stop n go pouch. Works Perfect!

3. Finally, I highly recommend that you practice before you need this, it will save you time and aggravation.

I'm very pleased with this tool and would recommend it without hesitation.

I give it 5 stars just because of the idea of it. I hope I never need it. After reading the instructions, it looks like a very good repair kit. It is built heavier than I expected. Will update further if need be. Ride safe.

Works great. Saved me once and also helped out a friend. A must have especially on a long trip. Highly recommend

Not sure how to rate this items since I have not used it yet and hope that I never do. I am comforted now to know I have it in case I need it. I am impressed with it. Have plugged amny tires the old, old fashioned way, but think this may be a lot better. If I have to use it, I will write another review.
