This is my second Nolan N103. My first one had the J&M system installed. It took a little while to get used to the mike rubbing against my lower lip but I soon forgot about it. This new helmet will have the Nolan communication setup for Gold Wings. I've worn other helmets but I found this one snug, easy to open and close while driving in hot weather. The cost of this helmet is a small price to pay for safety and quality. I also purchased the N43 for my riding buddy. At first they didn't want the chin guard attached, feeling a little claustrophobic. But after a few hours they decided to try it. Now the chin guard stays attached. As far as my first Nolan N103, it will be used as a secondary helmet.

Just purchased the helment last week with the headset installed and my wife and i absolutely love it. Good circullation and the anti-fog shield is a nice feature. I did have a small problem with the Mic right up against my mouth but I have worked around that problem.

I also picked up one of the Nolan N-103 W/ Headset for my better half. She tells me she realy likes the great vetilation and the inside sun visor. Best helmet she has ever worn. Very well made.

LOVE the new Helmet! Fits great-although in Shoei I were a small, for Nolan I wear a Med. they seem to run a tad small, so the med. fits perfect for me.
I also ordered new headsest wich Wingstuff installed.

All in all very happy with the purchsse, helment is lighter than I thought it would be and the inside sun shade works great.

This helmet has alot of excellent features.It's well made and fits me perfect.I would highly recomend the N103.Also, wingstuff does have the best price i've seen on this item.

Just received my helmet. I have had it for a week and am very pleased. I did have a problem with the mic hitting my face, but after some modifications with my exacto knife, the mic fits snug in its own little pocket. I have tried on several helmets and found Nolan to fit the best.

I bought one of these and one N-42 open face for my co-rider with the integrated headsets. The N-102 doesn't leave enough room for the mike with the wind sock in front of my face with the chin guard closed. I can use it if I remove the windsock, I've cut the sock down with a scissors but it still touches my mouth. I think I'll try it without the sock for a while. Its a good helmet otherwise, well made and has the flip down independent sunvisor. A nice feature. The prices are EXCELLENT here on Nolans. You would be hard pressed to do better anywhere.

I purchased 2 of these helmets with the JM 584 headset system. One of the helmets was delivered without the headsets. It was returned and a new one was sent with headset.
There is not enough room in front for the mike to exist without it resting against my face.
The helmets do not fit in a 2008 GL1800 trunk.

BOUGHT THIS HELMET AT BIKE SHOP TRIED A COUPLE OF SIZES THE ONE I PICKED FIT A BIT SNUG AROUND FACE THE OTHER A LITTLE LOOSE SALES PERSON SAID THEY SHOULD BE A LITTLE TIGHT SO AS NOT TO COME OFF OR TO PREVENT HEAD MOVEMENT DURRING AN ACCIDENT ,GOT THE INTERCOM SYSTEM TO WITH CORD WORKS GOOD.

Good price for a quality made helmet. I installed the J&M Elite 584 headsets and love the factory finish it gave the pair. No bolt on garbage hanging off the edge of helmet. This setup is fully integrated into the side of the helmet. I especially like the no tool required to remove/replace the sun or face shield(s). Liner can be removed/cleaned/resinstalled with no tools required. Good air venting and low/no wind noise. I'm gonna buy my SO the same setup! Color is close but not perfect. Black Cherry 2007 GL1800.
