It is definitely an eye catcher to drivers coming up from behind. All toll it probably took me all of 1/2 hour to install.
Piece of cake to install on my 2012. The first one I ordered had the wrong one in the package, but WingStuff stepped up and took ownership and within two days I had the right one.
Simply connect the device between the supply harness and spoiler harness -- install the secondary wire (if applicable (on my 2012 it was the light green wire with black stripe)) and you're done.
Once you have the one billion screws out of the inner trunk lid, it takes only a minute to install.
Flashes the spoiler about 14 times. The flash rate decays until it's lit solid.
I'd buy it again if I had to.
I had AJ and his shop crew install this K1200GW. Blinks just the four lower brake lights, not the spoiler as AJ have it set up with the after market unit for running, braking and turn signal lights.
Man, this is sweet! Looks nice when it's working, and it gets the attention of who's behind me. Nice!
This is my review for the 200GW GL1800 Tailblazer. The product is not wired for plug N play, so you must be prepared to cut into power lines. Since I wanted ALL the rear lights and spoiler to blink when braking, I had to mount the unit under the seat. The brake power line is red/grey and can be located by checking the voltage on the line before cutting. The line will show a +12V when a brake pedal is depressed. An extra line to the negative side of the battery is needed to complete the installation.
This is an impressive unit that really provides a brilliant display for drivers approaching from behind. Although expensive, I am glad that I can blink 6 bulbs with the 200W, since I will be adding a trailer shortly.
This is a review for the 200GW tailblazer. I wanted a modulator that would only operate the spoiler brake light when braking and not turn it into a running light. After reading another review I decided this was what I wanted. I’m going to break it down into several ratings due to the problems that I experienced. I installed the 200GW on a 2008 Goldwing.

Cost of the item (it’s a size of a quarter) it’s ridiculous how much this thing costs.

Final result of a modulating spoiler (cannot believe the response from cagers behind me)

If you want to modulate your spoiler brake light the instructions that come with the product is worthless except for what each screw terminal does. You will need some extra wire available to wire this in 18Ga stranded should be fine. It will take about 30-40 minutes to install and once done should work great. Unlike some other reviewers my spoiler does NOT stay on when in the accessory position. As an installation note you will be working with the black (ground) and the white wire with a black stripe (input wire). I can’t believe the manufacturer doesn’t make this a plug & play and just give it a different part number. I can’t be the only one that wants this function. Am I happy with the final result YES! So I guess that’s what counts.
And we can't wait to show you how it's done!
